Time Flys....

We all know that time goes by super quick. Do you remember being in the first grade, maybe even kindergarten? Now you are in high school or an adult... Be understanding, read the Word of God and be sure to help others if you may see that it is needed. Don't loose track of time, keep up and remember that, even though time may go by fast... there are always new things to look forward to. :)
~

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those
who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

It's all Savation

--Salvation is the only way to eternal life. You have to have faith in Jesus Christ to get you to heaven. I have heard this saying a lot and it is really true. It goes like this: The chair you're sitting in for example, you can have faith in that chair that it will hold you when you sit down. The only thing about that chair is that you can't not have faith in the chair to get you to heaven. That faith goes to God.
--Put it this way... you know those dog whistles that are so high pitched that he human ear can't hear it? Well, that is the kind of whistle that God is using for us.He is calling for us to come to Him. He is calling the unsaved, to want to reach out to Him and understand His love for us. We are His followers and He is our leader. So what do you do when you hear that whistle? Do you're ears perk up and we look and listen for what God has to tell us? I know i would go running right to Him to see what i could do for Him.
--Bible verse:
-Romans 10:9-10
9That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
-John 3:16-17
16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[a] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

He Will Judge...We ARE Sinners

-- We are all going to be judged someday, and it will be in front of the throne of God. He has given us a life to live and we need to know that the past is the past. We can't change it or get it back. Did you know that as man, we are destroyed by sin? For example... in Genesis 3, when it talks about the fall of man. When Eve fell for the temptation that Satan was giving her. Then dam sinned too!! Doesn't that make you want to call them fools? I know it does for me!! Then God punished them!! He judged them...took away privileges. So, to put it in a nutshell, we are all going to judged one day and we are all sinners.
-- Bible Verse--

Isaiah 43:18

18 "Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.

Psalm 9:8 8 He will judge the world in righteousness; he will govern the peoples with justice.

Respect for God and what He has created

Ok, question....do you really understand the power God has over you live? I'm not sure if I even do, or if I should know. If you have heard of Louie Giglio? He is a guy that talks about just how big God is. He has created so much...and in only 6 days!! I'll encourage you to watch his movie either on youtube.com or in video. It is titled "How Great is Our God", and i recommend seeing it. Louie talks about jusy how big our universe is and how awesome it is that God did it all.

Now, the second subject to be tackled. do you have respect for God? Do you respect His house, His authority and His power? When it comes to authority and respect.....do you do that? Did you also know that when you disrespect a christian, you are disrespecting God?? So just hearing that...do you respect God. I guess it is a hard question to take, but if we tackle it right, and know that God is always there to help us...we will do just fine!

Bible verse:

Exodus 3:5
-- 5 Do not come any closer, God said. Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.

Romans 1:20
20For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

What do YOU think???

Ok, so you're at a party and you see somebody that you know. These people are not very nice to you, they don't talk to you, and give you looks each time they pass you. Ya, you're going to be nice and say hi, but then you get the look. So maybe you want to react, and say something bad....but have you read what Colossians 3:8? Watch you're mouth....it is a big thing to think about.
Colossians 3:8
--
8
But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips.
What's you opinion??

Depend

Who do you depend on? Is it God?
Maybe a friend or a loved one?
God is the one that we should
depend
on. He is our way to
Heaven and is the only way.
You can't depend on a statue
or any false item to
get you
to Heaven. It is eternal life
that we are after, and we all
have our up's and down's... God

is there for us and will give us
the help that we are all asking for.
Just ask...He'll help
you and
get you to where we all need to be.
-Bible Verse- The Lord is good to those who
depend on him, to those who search for him.

Finish the sententence:

Something I really need is....
- What is that you need? Did you know that God will provide? He is willing got listen to you and answer your request? Well He is. As most might know, Ash Wednesday took place on February 25, 2009. Now we are in the time of Lent, waiting for Easter to come and hear the good news that Christ has risen! What a message!! Something that we all need to hear AND know. Our God is great and that is how we know Him! Do not be afraid to go out and tell somebody about how great God is. Tell then that Jesus loves them!!
Bible verse: Matthew 3:!3-17
13 Then Jesus went from Galilee to the Jordan River to be baptized by John. 14 But John tried to talk him out of it. “I am the one who needs to be baptized by you,” he said, “so why are you coming to me?”

15 But Jesus said, “It should be done, for we must carry out all that God requires. So John agreed to baptize him.

16 After his baptism, as Jesus came up out of the water, the heavens were opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and settling on him. 17 And a voice from heaven said, “This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy.”
