Depend

Who do you depend on? Is it God?
Maybe a friend or a loved one?
God is the one that we should
depend on. He is our way to
Heaven and is the only way.
You can't depend on a statue
or any false item to  get you
to Heaven. It is eternal life
that we are after, and we all
have our up's and down's... God 
is there for us and will give us
the help that we are all asking for.
Just ask...He'll help
you and  get you to where we all need to be.

- What is that you need? Did you know that God will provide? He is willing got listen to you and answer your request? Well He is. As most might know, Ash Wednesday took place on February 25, 2009. Now we are in the time of Lent, waiting for Easter to come and hear the good news that Christ has risen! What a message!! Something that we all need to hear AND know. Our God is great and that is how we know Him! Do not be afraid to go out and tell somebody about how great God is. Tell then that Jesus loves them!!

Time

Have you noticed that when your having fun, time seems to fly?That is what my dad always tells me..."time flies when you're having fun!" And it is so true! God gives us the time of our lives to live and be a witness from Him. We should be thankful for the time god has given us! He is so awesome! Time is so precious! Genesis 29:7: ⁷He said, "Behold, it is still high day; it is not time for the livestock to be gathered together. Water the sheep and go, pasture them."

New Year!!!

It's the new year and that means there will be new beginnings and things to happen. The Lord has giving us another breath, another day and another year. We should be thankful for what the Lord has given us today. I hope that your new year was and is fulled with joy and new beginnings. Have a GREAT 2009!!!

Christmas is coming!!!

It's finally December!! I think I've been waiting for this month all year long. It is the time and month that we celebrate Jesus' birth. A time to be with family and sing in rejoicing! We set up ore tree and put the lights on... you know the drill!! In fact, my family just put ours up last night! It was fun to do, just as it is every year!! Christmas music going in the background made it even better!! Have a great Christmas!!!

Snow

It's snowing outside!!! The white flakes of snow falling from the sky and landing on anything that it can get to. Then, if it is just right...you can pack the snow and make a snowman that stands in your front yard and smiles. It is so pretty it see it falling and to know that God is sending the snow.

Thanksgiving!

Well... thanksgiving is coming and you know what that means!! Going to grandma's for lunch and the other side of the family for dinner!! But really it is the time to give thanks and thank God for all we have and for what He has given us! If you think about it long enough...your list of people and things to be thankful for...never ends.
God has given us everything that we need and could have...be thankful and praise God!! Have a great thanksgiving!!
